Building on Past Success
Since co-developing the Japanese version of SHRM Essentials in 2020, HRAI has received international acclaim, including the SHRM International Top Partner Award in 2023. This award highlights Japan’s growing influence in Global HR education.
In 2024, the HRAI program expanded internationally, including HR officers from Thai government agencies, demonstrating HRAI’s ongoing commitment to fostering global HR leadership.

The Global Human Resources Education Program (GHR-P) offers six in-depth modules based on global best practices. It is designed to support learners from beginners to advanced Global HR professionals. The curriculum is updated annually to reflect the latest trends in Global HR, including AI integration and the rise of remote work. This ensures participants remain at the forefront of global developments and are prepared to apply cutting-edge knowledge in their organizations.

The program’s curriculum is built around three stages: definition, practice, and exercise. These stages enable participants to acquire and apply skills directly in their workplace. For SHRM Credential Holders
While the SHRM Essentials program will conclude in December 2024, SHRM credential holders will retain SHRM Credentials without further education requirements.
Beginning January 2025, SHRM credential holders can join the HRAI Online Salon for continuous learning and networking with a membership fee.
SHRM credential holders are encouraged to enroll in the Global Human Resources Education Program (GHR-P) to advance Global HR expertise.
